Peter Mueller

Peter is a working Toronto guitarist and music writer whose career has mostly involved backing other musical artists (mostly Canadian) and working behind the scenes in television and radio. Some of the people he has worked with include Tom Cochrane, David Clayton Thomas, Marc Jordan, Buffy St. Marie, Ann Murray, Alan Frew, Ian Thomas, Andy Kim, The Lincolns, Regatta (Q107 Homegrown winners) and many, many others. Peter's instrumental music is used in various music libraries across Canada and the US. Peter also worked in the Canadian Idol backup band, on and off camera, for the full 6 years it aired. That included working directly with contestants such as Carly Rae Jepsen and Jacob Hoggard from Hedley. He has also played on stage productions such as Les Miserable, Tommy and Mama Mia. But through all this Peter continues to produce other artists, as well as write and record his own songs.
